150 Years of St. Patrick's 1847 -1997

This publication is packed with history of the church, school, walking days, including war heroes, personalities, and sporting traditions.

Due to the many photos and images it is not possible to produce a single version, therefore it as been necessary to split into several parts. I hope this doesn't detract from a wonderful read.

Perhaps you'll spot yourself, parents, grandparents and a neighbour or two!!

Message from Tom Walsh one of our local historians who provided the book, also a parishioner.

Being the third generation of my family to attend St Patrick's this book is very special to me, full of memories. My Dad is pictured with 1926 Daily Dispatch Shield team, this along with many members of my family through the years .We owe a great debt of gratitude to Gerald Fairhust R.I.P. and Colin Blake R.I.P.for this fantastic piece of social history , it's a book I treasure above all others .
